How do you generate case leads?

How do I receive the leads?
When a potential claimant submits a contact form, the lead is sent instantaneously to the email address(es) of your choice. In addition, the lead will immediately appear in your dedicated account in our eGeneration Client Portal, where you can take advantage of a number of software tools to view, manage, track, and convert the lead into a retained legal case.

Are all the leads sent exclusively to one lawyer?
Yes. Every case intake that we generate is sent exclusively to one client. Period.
Can I get leads from just my local market?
Yes. While eGenerationMarketing operates on the national level, we can absolutely set up a targeted campaign to generate case contacts from within your state or specific local market.

How do you bill for your service?
We invoice our clients every two weeks for a predetermined amount that is based on the size and scope of each customized campaign. While we also require a one-month security deposit, that deposit will be refunded should you ever decide to discontinue your contract.
Is there a minimum commitment required to try your service?
No. We require no minimum commitment of time or money to participate in our programs, and our contract specifies that you can alter or discontinue service with as little as 48 hours' notice.
Can I do a trial before I commit to anything?
Absolutely. Although our standard contract requires virtually no commitment, we are more than happy to set up a one-time trial of services to give prospective clients a chance to evaluate our services before ever signing anything.
