Introducing eLuminate Client Management

You may have noticed that your Portal account has a fresh new look to it. Earlier this month, we released the eLuminate Client Management System, and all existing accounts were converted to the enhanced eLuminate accounts. Don't worry: All your previous lead data is still there.

What is eLuminate?

eLuminate is an online client management system that bridges lead retention and case management.

New Portal Feature: Multiple Users

As you know, the Client Portal is a great tool make your lead follow-up more efficient and seamless. After considering the great client feedback we have received, with our most recent update, you now have the ability to have multiple users on the same eGenerationMarketing Portal account. One admin can create multiple users and assign different levels of permission to the staff members at your firm who will be using the Portal. To create multiple users, log into your Portal, click on "Settings" and then "Users And Permissions".

In addition to having leads sent to you via email, as well as being posted to your Portal account, you can now have leads sent via text message. We can add this feature to your account at no charge. To set it up, simply submit an online ticket within your Portal account or click here.

Please remember that you can now submit all service and support requests with our online ticketing system. Click the "Need Help" link on the top right of your Portal login screen or here for any billing, Portal, or account-related issues. To guarantee that your request is addressed by the correct team member, please submit an online request instead of e-mailing your account manager directly.
