Please remember that you can now submit all service and support requests with our online ticketing system. Click the "Need Help" link on the top right of your Portal login screen or here for any billing, Portal, or account-related issues. To guarantee that your request is addressed by the correct team member, please submit an online request instead of e-mailing your account manager directly.

Portal Updates

In the past month, we have consolidated some of the menu options in the Portal. To adjust your account configuration, click the "Settings" link on the top right side of the page. Here, you can adjust your firm profile, staff settings, document collections, and custom fields.
