Customer Service Alert!

We pride ourselves on our fast, responsive, and personalized customer support. In an effort to address your needs even better, you can now submit all service and support requests with our online ticketing system. Click the "Need Help" link on the top right of your Portal login screen or here for any billing, portal, or account-related issues. To guarantee that your request is addressed by the correct team member, please submit an online request instead of e-mailing your account manager directly.

New Portal Functionality

We are constantly striving to improve the Client Portal, and this month has been no exception. E-mail Leads You can now e-mail leads from the Portal. This new feature can improve the efficiency of your lead follow-up and increase retention rate. To e-mail a lead, simply click the lead you wish to view within the "Leads" tab. You can then either click the lead's e-mail address or the "Send Email" link at the bottom of the viewer to start sending e-mails. Templates can be added from the "Documents" tab. Charts Add a visual component to your lead data with bar charts, pie charts, and summary tables. These options are available within the "Leads" tab whenever you enable grouping for you view.
