Upcoming PILMMA and NOSSCR Conferences

We look forward to seeing some of you at the upcoming PILMMA conference in Las Vegas and NOSSCR conference in San Antonio.

We do not have the chance to see our clients face-to-face very often, so when the opportunity arises, we like to take advantage of the situation. Feel free to come by the booth and speak with us, as we would love to see you.

For those of you that will not be attending either of the conferences, we look forward to seeing you next time and hope that it comes sooner than later!

Service Update: Custom Thank-You Pages and Auto-Responder Emails

Last newsletter, we announced the launch of our customized thank-you pages, which we've heard has greatly increased the contact rate between our clients and the intakes. Thus, we have decided to revamp our auto-responder email to hopefully increase the contact rate even further.

As the thank you page does, the auto-responder will be sent to the claimant's email upon submitting the contact form on our website. It will appear seconds after submission, and will have all the pertinent information about your firm, most importantly your office's phone number.

To set up a customized page and auto-responder email containing your firm's contact information and a detailed message to potential claimants, contact your account representative or email us directly through the Contact Us page at eGenerationMarketing.com.

Update: Client Portal Now Offering Billing Information

It has been almost a year since we launched our client portal, which we hope has proved to be useful with regards your firm's intake management.

In addition to conveniently accessing all of your leads, tracking case retention rates, and contesting any unqualified referrals, clients will now have access to all invoices and payment history by clicking on the Billing tab.

Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any questions you may have with the Billing feature. You can still have any invoice or payment sent to you by contacting your eGenerationMarketing sales associate, or by calling our office at (617) 800-0089 or through the Contact Us page on our website.

SSD Lead Generation Tip...

...If you follow up with a lead immediately after it is received and have no luck, try back in a half hour or so, as it is common for a lead to fill out the intake form at their local library.
