Make use of our Client Support team

Whether you’re buying our legal leads or using eLuminate alone, you will always have an eLuminate tutorial with eGeneration’s Client Services team. The #1 way to be successful with eLuminate is to ask Client Services to customize eLuminate to be the most efficient for your firm. If we understand how your firm currently organizes its cases, or what types of documents you prefer to use, we can better help you make the most of the software.

Perhaps your firm is using eLuminate primarily for the document generator. Client Services can set up custom views for you that help you see exactly which leads you’ve sent retainer packages or other documents to, which leads have returned your documents, and which leads still have pending paperwork. We can also create custom documents for your firm to use within eLuminate.

If you are using eLuminate to organize your Social Security disability cases, Client Services could create custom views to see your leads or cases grouped by condition, date of application, years worked, or whatever else your firm prefers to track. Whatever method your firm uses to handle cases, Client Services can tailor eLuninate to best suit your firm.

Always update eLuminate

eLuminate is meant to be updated frequently. When you sign a new client, you should convert the lead in the software. If you’ve decided not to pursue a case, be sure to make a note of it on eLuminate.

This is important for a number of reasons. When you update your leads frequently, you will be able to use the data to create various reports on the leads you’ve generated. You can see how many cases your firm has desired, signed, or rejected. This can help you evaluate the cost-per-case of your various advertising fields, or determine if leads taken in a specific area are converting better than other states or zip codes.

Additionally, when our clients update eLuminate, we are able to help them more. If you are buying leads from us, we can pinpoint inefficient campaigns, or determine if some leads are significantly higher quality than others. We can use this information to make recommendations for your firm, or adjust our own marketing campaigns to ensure that the leads we generate are the highest quality possible.

If you find a way that eLuminate can be improved, please let us know. Some of our best modifications to the software have come from our clients. We are currently working on workflow automation. This feature will be ready this year, and it will make it much easier for you keep track of your leads and signed cases.
