Live Transfer Leads

eGen’s Live Transfer Leads are an optional add-on to our standard legal lead packages. Here’s how it works: After a claimant completes one of our webforms and becomes a ‘lead’, they receive an automated phone call. This call prompts them to press “2” if they would like to be transferred directly to the attorney or advocate form connected the lead with. If they press 2, the call is transferred and the law firm can begin the intake process. If the claimant chooses to connect, the call is transferred to your firm, allowing you to begin the intake process right away.

If the claimant does not press “2,” the call is not transferred. However, your firm still receives the lead’s contact information and case details via email and text, allowing for traditional follow-up.

Live Call Leads

Live Call Leads are a separate product entirely. These leads bypass the webform process altogether.

Instead of filling out a form, claimants generate a Live Call Lead by clicking on a phone number displayed in an online ad or on one of our websites. Once they initiate the call, they answer a few quick qualifying questions. Once completed, our system matches them with a law firm and the call is transferred to that firm, creating a direct, high-intent connection.

So, What’s the Key Difference?

While both lead types connect your firm with potential clients by phone, the primary difference lies in the intent and entry point:

• Live Call Leads: The claimant initiates the call themselves, showing strong intent to speak with an attorney right away.
• Live Transfer Leads: The call is prompted after a webform submission, and the claimant chooses whether to connect.
