If your firm has never used a lead generation service, then you may have questions. Whether you’re unsure about how leads are generated, where they come from, or how you receive them, we’ve got your answers. We’ve put together a guide for those just beginning to use lead generation.

Our Leads

A “lead” is someone with a potential case. Our leads have indicated interest in speaking with a lawyer about their potential claim by filling out a Free Case Evaluation on our website. The majority of our leads are generated through paid search (also known as pay-per-click or PPC). We target specific keywords to maintain high quality and desirable leads for our clients. To supplement our PPC campaigns, we also utilize search engine optimization (SEO) to drive organic traffic to our websites. This helps keeps costs down while maintaining high-quality legal leads.

Receiving Leads

When a lead is sent to your firm, it’s sent in real time. We won’t send old leads or send the same lead to multiple firms that handle the same case type. There are a variety of options for how your firm can receive leads, such as by text or email. Leads are also posted into our lead and case management system, eLuminate. Leads are also given your firm’s contact information on a thank you page that’s displayed to the claimants upon completion of the Free Case Evaluation. This encourages the lead to call you as soon as possible, but at the very least lets them know that they should be expecting a call from your firm soon.

Lead Packages

Your lead package is developed with your firm’s needs in mind. There are a few different ways to customize your lead package:

  • Geographic area: We can narrow the area you receive cases in by a three-digit prefix code. You can receive leads in just one city, multiple states, or even nationwide.
  • Number of leads: We do not have a minimum requirement for leads. We can set day or month caps as well.
  • Social Security Disability (SSD) lead customization: Our SSD leads can also be customized to better fit the SSD cases your firm prefers to take. This includes filtering over a specific age or excluding leads that aren’t seeing a doctor.

Tracking Success

Like any marketing campaign, you’ll need to track your results. In eLuminate, you can track leads as they turn to clients. As you continue to mark off the leads that are desirable or convert to clients, you’re also providing us with information that can be used to increase lead quality. For success with our leads, we recommend doing a sufficient amount of follow-ups before discarding a lead.

Contracts

Unlike other lead generation companies, we do not require a long-term contract. We simply require a two business days’ notice that you’d like your campaign paused. We do recommend taking a sufficient sample of leads before pausing or canceling for a more accurate conversion rate.

Lead Costs

The cost of a lead varies by case type and the lead package customizations. We currently generate Social Security disability, Employment Law, Personal Injury, and Workers’ Compensation leads. The best way to find out what a lead may cost is to speak with an eGen representative. Give us a call 617.800.0089 or complete our contact form for more information.
